Seoul Bowl began with a craving — not just for Korean cuisine, but for the vibrant flavors, dynamic spirit, and bold street food culture we grew up with in South Korea. Our goal was simple: bring a taste of home to our new home in Seattle. From sizzling barbecue and hearty rice bowls to fiery kimchi and savory street snacks, we wanted to share the food that shaped us.
We started with a single food truck, a handful of perfected recipes, and a relentless work ethic.
Today, that passion has grown into a thriving brand with food trucks and multiple locations across the Pacific Northwest. Every bowl we serve is a celebration of Korea — crafted fast, served fresh, bursting with flavor, and always made with heart.
